We can now import the SXW files that we export (and
have exported). The problem was that we didn't emit a
"mimetype" ZIP entry in the exporter. I changed the
exporter to emit the mimetype, and the importer to
robustly handle cases when there is no mimetype entry
present.

Please backport.

Every file in the ODT/SXW testsuite now loads. Not all
properly, but that's another story...
