We should make sure that before the next bug release, all platforms
should be able to catch up. If the different frontends differ too much
this might not be doable, which will delay the release for ALL
platforms.
But the point I was trying to make: whatever the HIG says about certain
stuff might not be valid for other platforms. So don't just implement
something in XP land 'because the HIG says it'.

While I like the 'patch first, ask questions later' mentality, for
things like the main menu this is not appropriate.
And yes, this is HEAD, so we can't tinker/fsckup/whatever a lot (within
a limit) :-)
