(which was breaking mail merge fields which have a length of only one)

- xap_CocoaAppController: add font name-to-family lookup
- gr_CocoaGraphics:
- accept actual font names
- map Helvetic to Helvetica (hack! hack! bad RTF importer! bad!)
- create new font instances when duplicating (fixes a crash on Quit)
- xap_CocoaPlugin: more mail merge support
- Info.plist: declare application as OS type "APPL"
