commit: abi: RTF importer fix (hack?)

I don't like messing around in the RTF importer, so please check you're
happy with this (see attached patch).

The problem:
Pasting Tang-Dynasty poetry from Mail.app in MacOSX can create RTF with
the following:

{\fonttbl\f0\fnil\fcharset78 HiraKakuPro-W3;\f1\fnil\fcharset102
STXihei;}

The second entry was being dropped.

o RTF importer
- handle multiple font declarations in table without { } delimiters
- guess charset 102 as chinese
