Sorry, forgot to hit reply-to-all (trying to cope with no pop access).

Yes.

Yes, don't forget mikey, he's given up a lot of time himself.

Peer deps. This is a long area of contention between the linux developers (me) and the windows
developers (MPritchett, jeremyd, et al).
No, it isnt all that, but imo a lot of the maintenance issues would go away. Like mingw users
needing to get nsis from nsis because the nsis from abi isnt in sync with all the mingw fixes that
have gone in upstream (this is second hand information from jeremyd). Just one example, I can
bring up others.

Documentation, aside from peer deps, would be nice. Getting things working smoothly on mingw
would be nicer. I've been making efforts but it is awefully time consuming, and I occasionally
have this inexplicable urge to make fixes on platforms that I actually use.

We have a binary, it just was built with some unusual methods, hasnt plugins (we were already
willing to accept this), and has been known to crash peoples' boxen.

Yes, we can get away with a lot.
jeremyd says he intends to get in touch with cvs this weekend. Also that the steps mikey and I
took should've Just Worked, which they obviously didn't.
