commit (head): fix 594; gtk + OSX changes needed

I have fixed 594; this involves adding a new value to the tree enums
that define alingment, spacing and special indent in
ap_Dialog_Paragraph.h. Changes are necessary to platform code (win32
done) as follows:

for each of the three combos in the dlg box (i.e., alignment, spacing
and special indent) an extra empty item has to be inserted at the
very top (position 0). Simply insert a string that contains a single
space.
