Modifications to windows FormatFootnotes dialog:
- Use an AbiLabelledSeparator to automaticaly size label text and
separator
- Activate translation on two strings and used a right justified control

Modification to windows MailMerge dialog:
- Made more room available for translated strings on two labels.
