    fp_Line.h/cpp:

    * extracted common code from the two variants of
    clearScreenFromRunToEnd() into a helper function;

    * fixed non-bidi behaviour of this function (at least some of)

    * fixed the layout() function broken by changes to signature of
    fp_Run::setX()

    fp_TextRun.cpp:

    * fixed a bidi related drawing crasher
    * fixed a bug in breakNeighboursAtDirBoundaries()

    fl_BlockLayout.cpp:

    * set correct direction property for endofpara marker on changes of
    block direciton

    These changes fix 5269, 5126, and probably 5271, and should be
    backported, thanks.
