I wasn't thinking of anything nearly this complex,
though your points are indeed valid.
My idea here is that certain types of file formats are
more capable than others at representing ABW content
honestly. We have a knoweldge that RTF does a better
job than HTML or WML, generally. So we'd like to order
(say, from 1->10) our believed reliability in these
formats. This is an approximation.
RTF:10
HTML:8
WML:4
TXT:1
We then compare the clipboard targets with what
targets we support. Come up with the best ordering,
and then grab the higest one.
