right, updating made it work! Nice job, it works perfectly so far.
I've done a couple of changes to use the GnomeDbEditor widget, which
will highlight the SQL text and to HIG-ify the dialog window.
My evolution doesn't let me right now attaching the patch, so please get
it from http://primates.ximian.com/~rodrigo/abiword-gda.diff.
