More revisions and versioning work:

fixes to areDocumentContentsEqual() and related code;

new xap dialogue XAP_Dialog_ListDocuments; platform code needed,
see notes in xap_Dlg_ListDocuments.h

    tools->revions->compare documents -- raises ListDocuments
    dialogue and prints output of PD_Document::diffDocuments() to
    console

context menu;

Code cleanup:

removed redundant PD_Document::getFileName() (there is
getFilename() defined in AD_Document);

cleanup of #inlcude in fv_View.h -- se separate posting

files: many across platforms.
