some recent changes completely broke the single units build (at
least on win32); mouse clicks in the document window have no
effect, PgUp/Down keys do not work. I do not have time to look into
it now, but if you have recently made changes that affect translation
of screen coordinances to internal units and display of images, then
please go over your code making sure that the _UL and _UD
macros are used where needed (changes to FV_View and
XAV_View have the greatest potential for this kind of screwup).
