Can someone take these:
ap_StatusBar.cpp.diff
* repost: fix for Bugzilla Bug 4135 Status bar doesn't resize.
Will work for Win32 builds, will get obsolete (?) since
someone else is restructuring the statusbar classes.
gr_Win32Graphics.h.diff
gr_Win32Graphics.cpp.diff
* repost: temporary implementation for getCoverage(). More work
has to be done there, but at least on Win32 builds, the
'Insert Symbol' dialog displays some characters instead of
assert()'ing.
* repost: saveRectangle(), restoreRectangle() implemented.
(for cursor blinking).
ie_imp_MsWord_97.h.diff
ie_imp_MsWord_97.cpp.diff
* fix (at least I hope so): text that was originally deleted in
an MSWord document (with 'track changes' turned on) was still
imported by the ie_imp_MsWord97 module resulting in pretty useless
Abi documents.
