Making the shift to the new build system is non-trivial, but the rewards
are infinite (well, almost infinite).
Most of the tools supported currently.
Instructions?
Edit "plugin.m4" pretty much as you would "configure.{ac|in}", then run
"./nextgen.sh" at the top level.
Does it work?
Not really.
