Have you ever wondered where following message comes from
under Linux:

** WARNING **: I won't mmap that file, using a slower method

The reason is simple, HAVE_MMAP is not defined because autoconfed config.h
is not included.

This patch could probably break other platforms which do not
use autoconf and have no config.h.
