patch for Plugin addition to profile

    Hi all,

    The attached patch adds a new type or scheme (for lack of the proper word)
    called Plugin and a few new methods similar to the 'Scheme' methods but for
    plugins to use. I have only done limited testing with it, but it seems
    to work alright. Does anyone object to me committing it? or does anyone
    have any suggestions for a better way to allow plugins to store their
    settings (in a XP way) while keeping them distinct from AbiWord's settings?
    any comments or other suggestions? and does anyone see any important
    functionality/cleanup/etc that I overlooked? If noone objects (or
    comments) within the next couple of days then I will commit it later
    this week -- so please speak up! :-)

    Basically it allows new entries to AbiWord.Profile like:
    [This is an actual generated entry in case you are curious]

            <Plugin
                    name="_AbiPaint_"
                    bLeaveImageAsPNG="1"
                    szImageEditor="C:\Program Files\GIMP\bin\gimp.exe"
                    />

    which are placed between the <Scheme /> and <Recent /> tags.
