That looks like an interesting paper, indeed. (Note that, of the three WPs,
AbiWord was the one that the authors used for part of the document.
Benefits of being cross-platform, perhaps?)
Having read a bit more of the framing document, I'd say we need three
features for 1.2: tables, embedded objects, and Word export. Also, the
authors say that OSS on the desktop should be reassessed at the end of
2002, so it would be really nice to have them ready by September.
Unfortunately, I can't write code...
Right, back to the docs.
