Subject: commit -- Linux/PARISC support

Add support for HP PA-RISC under Linux.
The way we have to keep track of the endiannesses of architectures is
awful. It doesn't support crossocmpilation in its current format. It
can not handle multi-endian architectures like MIPS. I'm not quite
sure what to do.
