fp_Line.cpp -- fixed two major BIDI bugs introduced with the
transition to FriBidi

ap_TopRuler.cpp -- the top ruler is now fully functional -- as far as I
know :-) -- in the BIDI mode; I have also changed the way in which
mouseOver events are reported on the status bar: page margins
are reported in relationship to the nearer edge of a page, everything
else is reported relative to left column edge (rigth one where
appropriate in bidi mode).
