http://www.speling.org is one place. Other linux distros ship ispell hash 
files. We currently have a problem with loading 8-bit hashfiles which we should 
try to fix. We only load 7-bit ones, which limit us to working basically only 
for English. And please call it "British English" or something and not "English 
English" ;-)
