(Frodo) Fix to make abiword compile against libxml 2.3.9 and later.

We can't use CHAR anymore. From the 2.3.9 <libxml/tree.h> file:

  /*
   * Removed in 2.3.9 ... nobody should still use this
   *
  #ifndef WIN32
  #ifndef CHAR
  #define CHAR xmlChar
  #endif
  #endif
   */

There were no corresponding bugs in Bugzilla.
