Sorry for the confusion.  We agree -- collapsable outlining as a UI feature 
would be very, very nice to have as a post-1.0 feature in AbiWord.

PS:  Are you blurring styles and templates?  A template is a read-only 
document containing style definitions and/or other standard content.  More 
recent UIs for WPs allow you to extract style definitions from another 
document or template, but they're still different critters.
