Hi Hub,

i have not been able to do anything on AW since mid May, and will
not be able to do sooner than mid September. There has been lot
work done on AW since, so there is a good chance that the BiDi
side needs a quite a bit of tweaking. Also, at the moment it is
pretty much Unix only -- I think it will have to stay a compile time
option for the moment (and the foreseeable future).

I have had a couple of emails recently that show there are people
out there who use the bidi-enabled AW, but I am really not able to
keep with the pace at which AW develops on my own; I think the
last bidi version that works is .7.13.
