        Tyep 42 is a special format used ONLY for embedding a TT font 
into a Postscript stream - it is NOT a stand alone format, and as 
such can be used for (almost) any TT font.  The one exception being 
the case where a TT font has it's "don't embed" flag set - but that's 
as it should be.
