There are over a hundred people on this list that could talk up a storm on
this topic. It's a conversation we have all had a million times, and I am
not how many people want to have it again, so here is my suggestion.
Go get the book "Open Sources: Voices from the Open Source Revolution".
It's a conglomeration of articles from a practically everyone who is anyone
in the Open Source movement. I would start with the chapter by Michael
Tiemann.
