I take it back ... even without DEBUG, this doesn't build. Now I'm
completely puzzled. The failing file is ie_exp_MsWord_97.cpp.
My conclusion is that either the nightly source tarballs aren't in
sync with CVS, that tinderbox/CVS aren't really building the latest
stuff, or I'm losing my marbles. WTF?
