I feel that I should point out that Linux is currently missing at least
one dialog, Insert Field.  I don't think it is missing others, but I might
be wrong.  
Addtionally, this problem can still be delayed a little while, as the
libpng bug, which we *under no circumstances* should ship 0.7.9 or
anything else with, is still there.
